"Boulangerie" is the French word for a bakery.
In France, the term is legally regulated, and only shops where the baker personally selects the flour, prepares the dough, allows it to ferment, bakes the bread, and sells it on-site may call themselves a boulangerie.
There are no such legal requirements in Japan, but we're sure this bakery serves delicious bread crafted with great care and dedication. 🎶
