Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 5 days after delivery.

After reviewing the circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate solution.

To request a return, please contact us at tdf2020info@gmail.com before sending any item back.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To be eligible for consideration, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original Packing Slip or Invoice included with your order.

When contacting us, please include your order number and, whenever possible, photographs showing the issue.

2. Customer Responsibility

We do our best to provide images that accurately represent the colors of our products. However, actual colors may vary depending on your monitor, mobile device, or display settings.

If an exchange is approved and the requested item is available, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the issue resulted from our error.

3. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Whether such charges apply and their amount depend on the laws and regulations of the destination country, the value of the shipment, and its contents.

All orders from Tokyo Diorama Factory are shipped from Japan.

We are unable to pay, reimburse, or refund any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded because the customer refuses or is unable to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other import-related charges.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
