Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns.
If you find any defective, damaged or incorrect items in your order, please contact us within 5 days after the item arrives.
We will consider returning, exchanging, or refunding.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please be sure to return using the packaging material used at the time of receipt.

We do our best to provide images that show the true colors of each item, but the colors displayed may vary depending on the device or settings used.
Exchanges may be possible if the item is in stock, but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Depending on the laws and regulations of your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival at your nearest port of entry.
Whether import fees are charged and their rates usually depend on the country of origin, the value of the package, and the contents of the package.

For reference, all orders at the Tokyo Diorama Factory will be shipped from Japan.
You are responsible for any import taxes, duties or fees that may be incurred.
We cannot assist you in paying these fees or offer discounts or refunds related to these fees.
We do not accept cancellations because you are unable or willing to pay import fees, taxes and duties.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
